Hair Salon Logo with Scissors and Comb

Design an elegant minimal flat vector logo icon for a hair salon: a pair of open scissors crossed with a slim comb, with a flowing strand of hair curving around them to form a soft circle. Use only two flat colors, rose gold and charcoal, on a plain white background. Chic, balanced, clean lines that stay clear at small sizes. No text, no gradients, no mockup. Square 1:1 format.
